Clover truck 751 7037 (Reg: YMY 357 GP) delivering goods to Hoffmeyer house Wits University was blocking the driveway. I explained that I had to leave and go fetch my nephew. Driver told me there was nothing he could do and he was waiting for the man offloading the truck to give him directions. It took 10mins for the man to come back. Instead of apologising and moving the truck the man offloading the truck told me that he did not understand what my problem was and asked if I could not see that they are working. He rudely told me to just wait as they are not going to move until they are finished. He continued offloading more goods of the truck taking a further 10mins and continued saying rude comments. It then took a further 5min to direct the truck out from were they had parked (they had parked in a careless manner in the drive way with cars on either side).
I was supposed to have left Wits at 4:10pm but instead only drove off at 4:40pm and as a result I was stuck in traffic and was 45min late fetching my nephew and incurred a fine at the creche.
Very disappointed at the way a Clover employee behaves and treats people. This reflects badly on the company, please do something!
