I bort wheelcovers on 18 oct 2013 at 3PM the 19 oct 9am i decide to fit the covers as per opening the box the one wheel cover clip was off, however i first called the branch and the rep in sales said bring all $ wheel covers back and they can replace or refund it. however 10am i cam walking back into shop and on my arrival i went to sales counter and was serve by a man called nico i said i bort covers and that the clip is brocken, he gives me big miserable sigh tell me the stuff check and he abruptly said t hat in a tone as if i broke the clip that was what he was actually tell me. i said listen hear i was not served by anybody i took the display box and went to counter to pay and nobody check the clips. i also said to him i dont need your attitude so early in morning and he really me off> i forgot thte slip at home and had to go back. on return a lovely gentleman served me ronnie and the african lady check the new box of covers goodness even she was pleasant and yet she not a salelady. i dont like people jumping down my throat when i didnt even put the wheel covers on the car i just took out of the box. i paid for the covers i didnt get it for free there.
