Ook delivered in wrong language

Hi,

Though I appreciate that Kalahari gave me a good discount on my recent book purchase due to my budget constraints I am very sad that i received a book that is in German instead of English.

Under account "[email protected]" Order #1000401842

I ordered ITIL Continual Service Improvement softcover book.
It was delivered today but it is in German! I ordered the English version.

I checked the online order and nowhere did we mention we want it in German.

Please could this be corrected as a matter of urgency.
