I am pleased to see that when i rate a service or have any concerns that the company involved takes the time to ammend customer relationships. I spend on average R1000 a year on pre-order games through kalakhari and i was going to take my business to BTGames due to this, however Kalahari came to the party and kept me as a repeat client.
