I bought a bottle of OMO liquid and duly completed the process to receive my reward. I then read the 100's of complaints on Hello Peter and wondered if it would happen to me as well. It did! I was called; I indicated my preference of reward and was told I would be called back with a booking for my choice. I have not been called? One would think that Unilever would have rectified the problem when the 1st complaints came in but they did not?
