She called me the day before yesterday saying she'll have them drop off a new kettle and pick up the broken one and she's sending me a voucher for the inconvenience of all the running up and down and all their rubbish kettles that I've had problems with. The guy delivered a kettle, NO till slip for the new one! NO voucher as promised!! They customers around and I'm not on with being taken for a fool!!!
