I purchased some Omo washing powder that offered a free manicure, which I thought would be great for my wife. Completed the USSD shortcode. They phoned my wife to say they would setup an appointment which never happened. What a joke - don't offer such promo if you are unable to deliver. I have now switched to Ariel
