I went to pep on saterday, mall of the north, i was doing my shopping, and as i am ready to pay, and my basket is full, after i fitted everything and chose everything to my liking, as it didn't take just 5mins to choose! I hear that they are off line, and i was going to pay with my card, i asked one lady to please keep my basket, and i put my card in there as well, and asked her to please phone me so that i can come pay, she agreed, about 45min later, i returned, to hear they are still off line, i asked her again, please phone me, and left! NO CALL!!! I went back on sunday morning early to collect, got there, the lady said no they packed it all away as i never came to collect it, then as i am talking to this cashier, and explaining my dissaproval, the manager comes and rudely interupts me but pushing past me, i mean really, has he no freaken manners!!!
Why would you make a promise to keep my things, if you were not planning to??? Worst service ever, i hate pep at this stage, as there is not one helpful or friendly person in that shop ever!!!
