I bought a bed for R23 000 cash, I spent this amount because I was after quality but I was about to get a shock of my life when this expensive bed's centre supporting legs fell off while sleeping. On investigation I realised that all 4 legs were falling off due to poor wood quality that they were on. I laid a complaint on the following day. the Kimberly branch manager did not take ownership and pointed that customer complaints are handled by head office and not them, but the smiles were this big when I bought, now that there is a problem, no! it has nothing to do with them. I got a call from head office acknowledging my complaint and that is just about all that happened, 5 weeks later, I still sleep on a broken bed that I have paid so much for and nobody cares coz they have my money already. they said they will repair it, I did not buy a second hand bed for that much so I want my money back or a new bed, period. And just by the way, Kerusha, you will still have a lot of complaints to handle because your managers are arrogant, ignorant and by no means manager material and this goes for Ternni in Kimberly as well, she must change her attitude, it. Really Disappointed
