IMCOMPETENT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT (SIMON)

I contacted the store today @ 16.20pm to make general enquiries on spare parts of a pressure cooker that i purchased. It was not surprising that no one could assist me. I was transferrred from one department to another.
I than i asked the manager who was rude and nothing short of arrogant.
I am not amazed at the services because nobody really knows what is going on.
