Bad service on repairs of manufacture faults

I boaught 3x couches. a year later we realized that the material and steel stapels were not properly manufactured resulting in cushions and seat material being torn. i completed the waranty claim at RTB on 8.09.13 and my set was only colected on 23.09.13 after i had to remind them of this. 30.09.2013 i phone RTB branch to follow up, they'll phone back but dont. i then phone Marvin @ H/O. he states the supplier will only colect the set this day and he will get back to me on when i can expect to have it back. 1.10.13 i phone Marvin, he says he can only contact the suplier at 2AM will phone me. Marvins phone back saying supplier says 14 days. 3.10.13 i speak to Marvin saying that it is urgent im not happy with 14 days since they kept the set for 3 days before supplier colected. He says he will ask them to make this urgent. 8.10.13 i phone Marvin, he says he will follow up and phone back. does not call back. 9.10.13 I phone Marvin, leave message and he does not call back. 10.10.13 I call Marvin leave another message. he does not call back. I also call godfrey at RTB, he says he will follow up. Does not call me back. 11.10.13. I phone marvin again, dont take call. WHERE IS MY SET!!!
