I had taken one of my proteges from the Durbanville Children's Home to a meeting regarding an extra-curricula activity involving an NPO, and then we decided to have supper. He likes Spur, so we went there.
We were greeted by a very enthusiastic young man called Marvin. And it was a pleasure to have met him!
Marvin is friendly and courteous, and knows just how far to take a conversation without being intrusive but yet retaining a friendly and relaxed interaction! This is rare with almost anyone, and is very welcome!
He's honest and kind, and relates well to teenagers and adults. I am inclined to believe that he'll interact well with children as well.
On top of that, Marvin is fast and efficient. He was very quick with our orders and with the bill. Impressive!

Management, take care of Marvin, he's an asset to your restaurant and deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. And probably deserves a pay rise too! If he leaves, you lose!
