Unfortuantely that never happened, i resort to calling Odgars Boss, Michelle Van Der Merwe on the Monday after Odgar would nt return my calls. same story a lot of promises.
we later get a call from a Karen at their DC to inform and confirm delivery for the following day, the 5th attempt. We confirm address and that the body cooperate will not allow anything bigger than a 2, 5 ton truck. Tuesday morning a 4 ton truck delivers a bed to centurion Pretoria instead of Edenvale.
After waiting at the branch for over an hour an Michelle not returning my calls I had to rent a bakkie to take the bed to my house..
After over a hundred calls and 9 days of utter frustration and incompetence I get a 'Once again we really do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your family'
never in my life have I encountered so many incompetent people all working for the same company
