I have never experienced such rude customer service over the phone than at Game in the South Coast Mall! I had phoned to check up on an order that I placed 2 weeks ago and not been phoned by them yet. When I finally got through, the lady that picked up put me though to someone else and as soon as someone else picks up and I mention the word "order" they cut me off and put me through to someone else, I had been put through to about 4 different people in a matter of minutes, (with no explanation) and all of which were very unfriendly and not helpful at all! By the time I got to the 6th person, I still had no clue on what is going on! What a way to lose customers!
