Why on earth do you have a policy that now one understands.
In the queue to go out I see Cadbury Bubbly at 13.99, 2 meters later its 12.99 who says no to free chocolate.
The open that scans is free, that what the guarantee says. Takes 5-10 minutes to try and find the pricing, it was 5 meters away.
Cashier says no you must go to customer service to get a refund, we call the manager by the time he arrives I have paid, and he says he cannot do a refund, because I've paid. The cashier should have not charged me according to the manager sorry but how does know it will be the wrong price.
I end up walking out having paid full price, no benefit at all- I may however end up with High blood pressure which will cost Discovery money in the long run.
My wife had a similar poor experience with Scanrite pricing. Sorry but if it takes 30 minutes to sort out something like this when essentially R1 is at stake.
I guess I will lose all my healthy living refunds as well, I must contact Adrian to see if he can rather link in with Shoprite. I am now fed up with PNP and will not be going back. Smart Shopper gone to Shoprite.
