Pathetic Service and very bad liaising

I ordered a dining room suite on the 19/07/2013 and paid from it. It was the Baltimore 9piece. We were suppose to get our set 2 weeks thereafter. Although I purchased and paid for it on the 19/07/2013 head office only placed the order on the 30/07/2013. Every week following I have been phoning and asking when I will get it and the stories ranged from a factory that burned down to stock coming to DC Warehouse about 3 times and all 3 times the stock was all damaged. I dealt with Mervyn from the Arbour Crossing Branch which time and time again told me it will come this day then that day, week after week. One day I phoned and I was not happy with the service or feedback on what was happening with regard to my dining room suite that I asked Mervyn for the supplier details to phone and ask myself. He gave it to me and I was told that they needed 6 weeks to manufacture my suite. (I was suppose to have received it on the 13/09/2013). I then immediately phoned and demanded to speak to the manager of the Arbour Crossing House and Home which was Praveen. Same story phoning, reminding, being nice... well that got me absolutely no where. Space up to be continued...
