On 3/10 i placed an order for a laptop and cellphone via online website. after printing and faxing 24 pages i was told that i could go to the menlyn store this weekend to collect the items. when i got there on sunday morning i was told that the items were not there. the laptop was supposed to be sent from bloemfontein and the cellphone from centurion.
i then sent an email to noni bongwe informing her that the items were not there, and i requested to cancel everything and for her to close my account with immediate effect.
up to now (16h10) i have not had any feedback - not a phone call or sms or even an apology. it's obvious that as a customer i mean nothing to them and they are not even making any efforts to rectify the situation. i am appalled by the lack of service from house and home. they will never see me again!!
