Dead rodent in freeze

I was doing my monthly shop on 5 October. When I arrived at the frozen veggie section, there was a dead mouse inside the freezer sitting on the packets of veggies. It was very clearly in sight, and it looked like it had frozen to death.

I called over a gentleman wearing a Clover jersey, and he promptly removed it. I also asked him to remove the bag that the rodent was on because you don't know what germs it had spread. I was totally grossed out - and while you claim to have the lowest prices - does this mean it is at the expense of hygiene? I might have to shop at Pick 'n Pay if that is the case.

So disappointed.
