It justs does not matter what a persone request and how much you try and get a resolution with Mpumalanga Copiers it will always be to no avail. From the first day we as company and individuals got involved with Mpumalanga Copiers it has been a mess. And on my last hello-peter report I received a call from head office with the only concern that I should take off the report ASAP. Threatening, rude and overall pathetic client service and customer care. To date Mpumalanga Copiers has not responded to any of my requests, moneys are being debited from my account without me ever signing and or giving them my banking details and permission to do so. My contract with Mpumalanga Copiers has still not been signed off by them and I am not receiving any Invoice. It is a disgrace to know that a company of the sort is doing business, please be warned that Mpumalanga Copiers shall steel your moneys and never give you any service. Please refrain from doing business with Mpumalanga Copiers.
