I logged a complaint on Makro's website 3 days ago, and was told I would get a response in 24 hours. As yet, no contact whatsoever.
I am trying to get a refund out of Makro Woodmead, and for NO APPARENT REASON WHATSOEVER, I have to submit a Bank letter confirming my banking details. I have been doing business with this branch for close to a year now, and I can provide A BANK STATEMENT that confirms my details, but no, I have to, in my busy day, go to the bank and get a letter, and then Makro cant even tell me when I will be getting my money back. R3799 for a washing machine I paid for, and received the worst service ever to boot.
