Beware Kalahari new system equals no delivery

After 14 previous successful orders, Kalahari has implemented a new systems and now my current order is unable to be delivered. Expected deliver was 26th September and have been calling daily to get feedback. Every operator promises a call back and they never call back. I finally spoke to Jody and she told me 1, 400 or impacted by their new system and not being delivered. I have been requested to send them proof of payment to see if they can release my order, something I've never had to do before. I paid using credit, discovery miles and the balance on credit card and it appears to me thier new system is unable to tie up payment and payment methods to orders. The saddest part is this order no. 1000257824 is my sons birthday present and I have to explain that its still on its way. He's small and battles to understand and I'm sure he now doubts his Dad that his present is ever coming

Such a disappointment and have serious doubts of ever using their services again as safer just going to the shops so you guaranteed getting what you pay for.
