Hi
I have been trying for the past 3 hours to get through to the Remittance Dept and there is just no answer the phones just rings. I need someone to advise how my overpayment I made on 1/10/2013. I swiped and the cashier advised that the transaction failed, but my bank account was debited twice. I just need to speak to someone regarding a way forward.
