Poor communication regarding slow delivery

6 Dec 2012, my wife went to Willowbridge to enquire about a Mizuno golf bag that I saw online and liked. Unfortunately this bag is not sold in the country, however Zane said he can import one.

He said roughly 5 weeks for delivery and 'cause of the holiday break it would only arrive mid-Jan. She was happy with this and placed the order. She paid a premium price for this bag (up to double the international prices online) since it had to be imported. While we were waiting NEVER ONCE were we contacted without having to contact the store first for an update. Zane gave us a delivery date of 18th of Jan, which came and went. After following up with him numerous times and having to speak to his manager (Clinton) they told us Tuesday the 29th of Jan. The Store closed yest, 27 Jan and moved to N1 City. They had told us the bag would be rushed to get it here by Sat 26 Jan when I noted the closure and move date, but once again I have heard nothing. Now the store is closed and the bag is still not here. They moved to N1 City and I have not even heard when or where the bag will be delivered.

Communication continues to be a huge problem. Not enough space for further detailed comments.
