I have purchases a Samsung Combo Deal (3D Plasma 3D Blu Ray Home Theatre System) from Beares Festival Mall in Dec 2012, With this Deal i was meant to get a Box Set which included 3d Glasses 4 3d movies, this item was out of stock at the time which i do understand, how ever i have personally been in the store to find out when they will be arriving, both times i have been promised that they will phone me to confirm when they will be delived and i have never be contacted!! this is getting ridculous now, i have Paid R1500.00 for this!! please give me urgent feed back on when i can collect my items!
