I was so relieved that i actually did not get the name of the person[s] responsible. I was shopping with my husband at the chatsworth branch, i am pregnant so i left my bag in the trolley, my husband decides to change trolleys and leaves my bag in the trolley, and i only realised when we were in line to pay. I was sooo frantic. I approached a worker and she said go to security, but before i could go, there was a gentleman in the food dept who took me to some offices at the back, and behold there was my bag. they actually manage to track my number through my account but unfortunately the number no longer exists. i was totally shocked and pleased by the attotude and service i received from the staff members. I had my life in my bag, and these gentlemen saved my life. they are true gems. It is good to know that there still people out there that are honest and true. Assets to the Woolworths store.
