Not receiveing my accounts

For the past 10 - 12 months I have only received my account from woolworths only twice. I have enquired at
atleast 3 branches, send emails requesting that my account must be posted to my Po box address, ensured that that have the correct details, but still - NO ACCOUNTS. I would just love to know how many clients battle with the same problem?
