Incompetent call centre employees/late delivery

I placed an order and paid for my order via EFT on 25 September 2013. On 26 September 2013 I spoke to Unathi who took my order number and confirmed that payment has been received and that my parcel is being prepped for shipping and that it would arrive at my delivery address on Friday. So my husband took leave for the day so that there can be someone at home to take delivery. Of course, no package arrived and during the day I made several phonecalls to find out what is going on (spoke to Inam and Wafika) who both promised to call me back and I am still waiting to hear back from them. This is pathetic service and I would like to know from [URL Removed] who is going to reimburse me and my husband for a wasted day where he could have been earning money.
