We visited Fishaways Noordheuwel to buy dinner. I wanted to order the F4 with pop prawns, only to be told that no prawns are available. No stock was ordered or received on the prawns. All the items with pop prawns were still on the menu without any out of stock notice. I cancelled the order and left. Staff not very helpful or friendly. I visited the same Fishaways nearly a week later and place our order, only to be told that no prawns were available. Surely, nearly a week later and still no prawns. Staff still not very friendly or helpful. I cancelled the order and left. I doubt that they will see me any time soon. They lost two big orders (more than R250 per order) because of no prawns. No manager or anybody helpful to assist. This is not acceptable.
