Have been patient loyal good customer to you until the day I decided that if I continue making payments I won't get help from you I have waited and waited what the store did this last Saturday I told the my DVD does not ply blue ray disc I need a new DVD they came to my house tested it they saw that yes it's not playing and then still they come with a second hand DVD to give me I told them I don't want it and still they came this last sut with a sec hand I told them I'm not [paying a cent until this is resolved no one says anything African bank is harassing me when I went to bears I went to bears bears need to pay African bank the arrears amount because even now they still can't sort out a small query I need a new DVD what is happening with ma TV no word it's just keep on being escalated I'm tired it either you come take everything in my house pay every cent I have ever paid its almost 3 years I'm saying the same thing so please do me a huge favour b4 I make any payments I need the arrears [paid to African bank because for 3 years you have not even helped me once u know how to ask me when am I paying what about the service I deserve as a customer
