Pick 'n Pay
Finger got injured in the store

Hi,

I am highly disappointed and disatisfied with the level of feedback that i have received from pick 'n pay.

My finger got injured at the Vangate Mall in May while cutting bread at the store. The lady by the name of Agnes Guta told me that the only way the store will look into my claim, was to go see a doctor and then submit the doctors certificate with the bill.

The following day went to the doctor and went back to the store and handed it to Agnes and she informed me that she will send it to head office & they will revert back.

I made a lot of calls to head office first spoke to Liselle Galant, Tombi or Thembi then Donovan and all of them promised to call me back but to no avail. Liselle said will chedk with claim dept and notify me but nothing happened. This morning (27/09/2013) received a call from Donovan who told me that they are not going to entertain my claim as Agnes claims that i did not use the lever.

I said to Donovan i had to use my medical aid which costed me R500 to get my finger sorted out. I told Donovan that after calling them wanting feedback about my claim no one comes back to me and only now after 5 months they are declining.

I need help

Regards, Rachel
