Unprofessional Service from Consumer line

On 17/07 I purchased the Snowflake Play time Barney Cupcakes for our Mandela Day project and low and behold when I get home one of the packs has 2 x packets of icing but no cupcake mixture - I had to improvise as it was late (8pm) and we were visiting a children's home on Mandela Day. I called the 086 number on the 26/07/2013 and spoke to Ghatija and obtained the Ref No. 13/07/836 she advised that she would send me a replacement pack. I waited and waited and received nothing so on the 19/08/2013 I called again and was rudely told why am I phoning so often by Ghatija and I advised her that this was my second call - she then said that I will receive something in the mail. To date (25/09/2013) I am still waiting and am quite irritated and will not purchase a Snowflake product if this is the after sales service I receive. Also a friendlier more efficient person should be on the Consumer line.
