Since Kalahari made the mistake regarding order number CAS-700910-1CGF9R : 1000155611 CRM:00024009 (its in there somewhere, nice competent ordering system you have there) it took us over a week to facilitate them picking up their incorrect shipment, and since then we have heard NOTHING.

Repeated e-mails from us with only the automated response. Kindly return our money (will not accept "credit" as that would mean business with you in the future) as time has run out for Kalahari to correct this SIMPLE error. You've basically taken our money and ran.
