I bought your Checkers voucher where you pay R20 and get R50 off your grocery bill. When I went to Checkers in Somerset West the management claim they have not heard of this voucher and I must come back tomorrow. (So now I must waste my time and petrol). How do you run a deal without checking whether the merchant is competant enough to handle it? It makes your name bad. What made me really annoyed is that you state the vouchers must be used by 30th September and none will be accepted after that. Then in the next paragraph you say the vouchers expire on the 9th October? Now which is it?! By rights I have until the 9th of October to use them then. Then it says only ONE per gift recipient yet the website let me buy 4 vouchers for the same person? Serious flaw in your system...
