I had an account with identity and at some stage I had dificulties in paying my account, I was called by the advisor and made arragements to pay R150p/m on the account which I did, in January I paid R300 assuming it will cover my Feb installment which was not the case, I was then phoned by there attornenys in May 2012 about the balance of R776 which I settled the same month on the 27th. Then later I applied for my ITC profile then was told Identity listed me as a defaulter, I enquired about that and was told my account was handed over to BLAKE & ASSOCIATES and they sent me a FINAL LETTER OF DEMAND which I never received, no follow up calls made to me for the account. I fail to understand why Blake failed to do what ARA did knowing that they have the power to black list, I strongly feel that I was unfairly black listed and require truworths to remove my name with the ITC
