After some mix up with our order between my daughter and myself we explained - on Friday morning - how desperately we needed these shoes, for a dance on Saturday evening!! By Friday morning my daughter was in a state and the very kind lady Natolene went above and beyond to make sure we received our shoes. They arrived on our doorstep at 18:50 on Friday evening as promised - I must say I had my doubts and when 6 and 6 30 came and went and I was getting very concerned. ZANDO KEPT THEIR PROMISE TO US AND WE THANK YOU!!
