I placed an order on 31 August 2013. (A1000118962) After 18 days and numerous phone calls (and broken promises) I get an e-mail this morning saying:
Sorry, the item (we advertised on an online system) you have ordered (and paid for) isn't available anymore - your order is cancelled.
This is the easiest way out of an agreement I had with [URL Removed] and simply unacceptable. How do you sell products that you do not have?!
Please respond as I definitely feel that I have not been treated fairly in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
