I bought nine strain "clicks" brand probiotics and returned home, only to find ten capsules as opposed to thirty, as stated on the box.
The following day, I drove back to Clicks, Sandton City, to return the item. The woman that helped me was rude, arrogant and had a terrible attitude. I am appalled at the disgusting attitude/behaviour, and the fact that there were twenty capsules missing in the container.
I will make it a point to stay away from Clicks, Sandton City and would rather turn my monthly spending to another retailer who has better customer service and of which products are not incomplete.
The woman who "helped" me told me to get another container myself and "go" once I had done the exchange. That is simply unacceptable and of very poor quality/standards. It is simply unacceptable.
