TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a mother of a three month old baby. I gave birth at Clinton Hospital on the 5th of February 2013 and the paediatrician recommended that i use Similac Total Comfort Formula (0-6months). Being a new mom i tried out the new formula on the market and to my surprise i always struggle to find this formula. The last time i spoke to the East Rand Representative and she was soooooo rude telling me that they dont have enough supply of tins and either way Alberton is not her area. I was not impressed with her attitude because it is really frustrating to be running around looking for milk that is never on the shelves. I phoned Abbott Laboratories three times only to be told stories about why the milk is not on the shelves. I eventually spoke to the Alberton Rep and she told me they were expecting a large shipment of the Formula therefore the milk is not going to be a problem anymore, only to find no milk yesterday. What must our babies consume??? It is appalling. I dont understand why they supply so much of (6-12months) milk and not the other one.
