Excellent service!

On a visit to the above store and discovering that they were out of stock of an item I needed, the manager, Andrew took down my details and within half an hour delivered the item to my house, together with a bunch of flowers for the inconvenience of not having the article in stock. All I can say is 'WOW'! Service like this is unheard of in today's times. A great big thank you to Woolies and their staff who are always friendly and helpful. They certainly live up to their slogan - How can we make a difference
