How to treat a customer!

I ordered a gift for friends from the excellent and easy to navigate website of [URL Removed] They deliver, free of charge and send a hand written card with your message to accompany the gift. To thank me, as a first time buyer, Yuppiechef forwarded me a very generous R150 voucher. I went online and orderd a mezzaluna for myself for cutting herbs finely and paid the difference by providing my credit card details. A couple of days later, the purchase was delivered, expertly packaged, with a fabulous handwritten card telling me to enjoy m y awesome purchase, and a R1 coin attached to a piece of board saying that it is an old custom to give a coin when giving someone a sharp knife, and in addition there was a fridge magnet enclosed as well. I was so chuffed with the fantastic service, friendly approach and cannot stress enough how much I appreciated them going the extra mile. I wrote this on Facebook and many responded and one girl said she sent all her Christmas gifts this way! They write the card, package and send the gift free of charge. Fantastic service!!
