3 Weeks late and no feedback

I took my Carvella's, which would not strech for the last year, in to have it streched. The manager (siphiwe) advised that it would take two days and that they would contact me.

I took it in on the 03-01-2013, I have not received any feedback to date and when I called the first time last week I was told the manager is out. When I called this afternoon I was told to hold on for the manager and I was waiting on the line for 30mins with no one coming to the phone.

I am terribly disgusted and would like this matter to be resolved immediately.
