THREATS BY CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

On the 10th September 2013 at 16h45 I was called by lorian of call centre cape town cUstomer service with regards to my account that was in arrears. The number she called me from was 021929 5400.She at first thanked me very politely for the previous month's payment. However, she further enquired about what my next payment would be and what arrangement can be made for that payment. As I made a payment the previous month to compensate for the amount in arrears, i conveyed to her that that was again my intention to do same, however i would pay an amount that could fit my pocket. She then started to threaten me-telling me that i must not ignore her next phone calls otherwise she will phone my family or to work where she will then cause an embarrassment for me. As a long respectable customer, who made numerous cash transactions at the oudtshoorn branch and as a proffesional person, i did not take her threats lightly to heart. Im a professional person and would like to be treated as such. It is my intention to finish paying my account at ok furniture and to close this account-with the aim of not looking their way in the near or distant future. I would not recommend any person in RSA to make business
