Edgars System not working

I went to buy 2 perfumes worth R1530.00, after using my Cheque card to pay and getting an SMS from my bank showing that the money has been deducted, I waited for almost 1 hour for the transaction to be completed and then Edgars told me that, their system is not picking I have to pay again, or I should leave the perfumes behind and the money if it reflects I will get it back in 2 days time. I told them that i need to walk out of the shop with the perfumes or money back, they told it is impossible and this thing happens and that is how they work. I must say I am disappointed, if I had known I would have withdrawn the money from the ATM to pay. I ended up paying again, so all in all I paid R3060.00 for 2 perfumes, I am still waiting for my refund from Edgars.

I am very disappointed in Edgars and I do not see myself purchasing anything else from them.
