Not a week goes by that I am not over-charged for some item at the SPAR in Goodwood/Glenwood Mall (W/Cape). Sometimes it is 20 cents, sometimes over R1. A few months ago, in one shopping trip, I was over-charged about R5.60. If it's not shampoo, it's the dog food. It is a consistent problem that I have brought to the store management's attention every time, but they have only excuses and no permanent solution. They even get the specials wrong. I recently wrote to them with a formal complaint, and was promised twice that the retail manager would contact me. I am still waiting. Be aware and check your till slip at this store to make sure you don't get robbed of your money!
