I have sent a complaint to Nestle on the 1st of September about the poor quality of the 2l ice cream that I purchased, to date I haven't received any feedback except the auto reply. This is pathetic and it also shows the type of service that they give to their customers- revolting. I was unable to attach the picture of the ice cream, it looked like someone was just pushing to get the quantity of the tubs to the stores and they neglected the quality.
