After taking an antibiotic called Zinnat, I went into severe Anaphylactic Shock and was luckily resuscitated at Sunninghill Hospital Emergency on 15/07 and discharged on 17/07.
GSK collected the medicine for testing and Tebatso Tebeila came back to me on the 19/08 to say that there was nothing wrong with their medicine.
In the interim I was allergy tested against what should be in Zinnat and I am not allergic to any of the ingredients. I told Tebatso this and said I wanted a copy of their tests so that my doctor could check it and Tebatso assured me that her direct superior would call me back 2 days later which would have been the 21/08.
I have followed up numerous times and left messages on her voicemail but I do not get a response.

I would just like to know what was in the medicine that nearly killed me.
