Like every month I travelled from Nylstroom to Bela-bela to purchase veggies and have it processed. This used to be a free service offered to your customers for years. One of the 3 ladies at the house wife corner informed me that I have to pay R3 per kg. I went to the manager as she also showed me the board stating should you wish to have it processed for free you should contact the manager. His responce was that to many people make use of the service and then they can not process their own things. He did not ever check if they were busy, not even sorry unfortunately they are busy processing for the shop but if you like we can do it for you when they are done. They weren't even busy, one lady said she is going on lunch and the other 2 ladies weren't doing any thing, so this shows me the bad customer service is reflected by management. I will definately not travel there to buy my veggies and I am sure I am not the only one
