I have lost my card and i need a new one. i recently changed my surname from Mkhatshwa to Mthinmkhulu. i visited forschii yesterday and i was told that i need both ID documents as well as an affidavit.
i then went back there today with all those requirements, when i got to the till i was told i should find a shop that makes copies and make them then come back to store. i dont understand why they dont have a copy machine when they deal with applications of acc on a daily basis. anyway i made the copies and gave them to a nunu or nana, she told me it will take 20min. so i left and returned after 30min, i got to the till and told the lady i am back. she then asked a guy calle hosea to check, he continued with his sales, she also continued with what she was doing and life went on. after waiting for a further 30min and the lady at the till serving 10 -15 customers. she then went into the fitting room, then walked passed and went to check. when she got back i was told theres no responce, so maybe headoffice is closed. surely if i work for the company i should know their business hours. she then said shell call me, mind you she doesnt have my no, it dawned on her and she then asked them
