Went to Florida PnP and they advertised tenderised steak for R59.99 kg, however i bought the steak and was priced at R69.99 kg. When i queried the policy that the items should be free as per your policy i was told that it doesnt apply at this Florida store and they will not give me the item free as per policy but is willing to correct there price. This is really misleading the customers and is against the CPA rules as its false promises been made to us as consumers. The store manager still got argumentative and advise i can go ahead and complaint. Affirms why Checkers is getting better and better to shop at.
