I complained to Pampers on the 7th of August regarding a pack of 82 number 3 pampers that we defective. I was told that a courier would come either the next day or after the weekend to collect the pack from me. Eventually on the Tuesday afternoon a courier arrived and I handed him basically the whole back of 82 nappies to return. I was then called and they advised that it would take 21 working days for the vouchers to arrive... I am still waiting. Techinically I am out of nearly R180 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. This is very bad service. Huggies on the other hand sent a brand new pack of nappies with their courier when I had a problem with their product. In essence this is from me. I want my money back or a replacement.
